Led By The Spirit
What does it truly mean to be a child of God? Romans 8:14-17 brings us face to face with one of the most profound truths in all of Scripture: those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons and daughters of God. Not servants. Not outsiders. Not people barely scraping by on spiritual fumes. Children. And that distinction changes everything. We explore what it means to be led without being lessened, to be guided by the Spirit into a relationship that is deeply intimate and, yes, exclusive in the best possible sense. God does not merely tolerate us. He knows us, loves us, and likes us. This message challenges us to examine whether we are living like heirs of something extraordinary or like people who have forgotten what we have been given. If we have been adopted into the family of God through the blood of Christ, we are not on the outside looking in. We are in the house. And that is worth far more than any title, credential, or identity the world could ever hand us.
